BRIAN E. LACEY, ESQ., Partner
Brian E. Lacey has served as an attorney in Boston, Massachusetts, since 1991. He is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A., 1983), The London School of Economics and Political Science (MSc, 1984), and Boston College Law School (J.D., 1990). Brian's passion for helping people use their resources effectively has been enhanced as he has been a fiduciary of various charitable concerns, including, from 1995 to 2004, as the Treasurer of Boston's historic Park Street Church where he prepared and oversaw budget, financial, capital campaign and endowment matters. Generally, Brian counsels charities, churches, businesses, families and individuals in the areas of non-profit law, charitable giving, intellectual property concerns such as trademarks and copyright, trusts and estates, fiduciary concerns and real estate matters.
MEIRWYN I. WALTERS, ESQ., Partner
Meirwyn I. Walters graduated with honors A.B. from Harvard University. After studying law and theology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, he earned his J.D. at Boston College Law School in 1990. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Along with his practice, Meirwyn is Adjunct Professor of Law at Gordon College, Wenham. Meirwyn also recently completed a term as a Commissioner on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission.
THOMAS P. HARRISON, ESQ., of Counsel
Thomas P. Harrison has been practicing business, real estate, and banking law in Boston, Massachusetts, since 1986. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (B.A, 1977), Villanova University (MPA, 1983), Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1986), and Boston University School of Law (LLM in Banking and Commercial Law, 1992). Tom is a retired United States Navy Commander who served for four years on active duty and sixteen years in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He is Adjunct Professor at Boston University School of Law and currently serves on the Norwell, MA, Zoning Board of Appeals.
